  2. Your Mortgage Specialist will contact you to discuss your situation and determine your
    your financial goals.
  3. Based on the information you provide and your credit report your Mortgage Specialist
    will customize a loan program tailored to your needs.
  4. Your Mortgage Specialist will request all of the necessary documentation,set an
    appointment for an appraisal, and process your paperwork.
  5. With your paperwork complete your Mortgage Specialist will contact you when your loan
    is approved and set an appointment to close your loan.

Application Checklist

You will need to provide copies of the following documents that pertain to your situation. Additional information may be requested as your application is in process. To expedite the on-line process you may want to gather the following documentation before you begin.

  • Copy of your most recent pay stubs covering one complete month.
  • Last two years W-2's or all schedules of tax returns if self-employed.
  • Copy of current home owners insurance policy or name and phone number of agent.
  • Copy of most recent mortgage and home equity statements (if applicable).
  • Copy of purchase contract (if applicable)
  • Copy of statements for assets, such as checking, savings and 401K statements.
  • If you receive alimony or child support, provide a copy of the divorce decree
    and evidence or receipt of income for 12 months.
  • If you’ve had a bankruptcy within the last seven years, please provide a copy of your
    bankruptcy discharge papers and a copy of the petition with all schedules.
